  How Did We Begin    
  Computer Forms (Malaysia) Berhad ("CFM") was incorporated in Malaysia on 3 November 1961 using the name Malaya Biscuit Manufacturing Company Sdn Bhd and subsequently changed it to the former on 27 February 1971. The company became a public company on 22 September 1989. In 1990 CFM was listed on the Main Market of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

The principal activities of CFM consist of printing and distribution of computer forms, stock forms and specialized forms. It was the first local company to produce computer forms in Malaysia.

CFM currently is situated at Lot 2, Jalan Usahawan 5, PKNS Setapak Industrial Area, Off Jalan Genting Kelang, 53300 Kuala Lumpur. CFM is reputed as the largest forms printer in Malaysia.
